When I was 4 years old, I saw my first race and something was happened. It was in the year of our Lord 1976. During several next years I visited local championship and international races in Havirov-Senov town-circuit every year. I loved Formula One most of all. But I was very excited by the pictures from 24 hours of Le Mans race. I had a dream - to see the real Le Mans race.
In the year 1983 I saw my first INTERSERIE Cup race in Most. There were many cars of earlier group 6, two Can-Am cars and also two group C cars here. Walter Brun presented here his very newest Porsche 956 Liqui Moly. It was very nice racing, but I still loved the Formula One. Also I liked the group 6 spiders, but new group C era began from 1982 (group 6 was official cancelled, but these cars are still running as group C3, CN or we can say WSC). I didn't like the monsters of the new group C. But I found the beauty of these super cars very soon. I loved World Endurance Championship group C much more than Formula One from 1984. Looking at the real nice group C sportscars I lost the interest of Formula One. I began collected the results and images of WEC (the world championship for group C, so as WSPC or SWC) together with my older brother Martin. We both were baptised into the mystery of sportscars racing. Martin is specialist for the World Sports Prototypes Championship, IMSA, GT series, CanAm, Interserie... and I take my mind to most of European national sportscar championships and also to the hill climb racing.
Now I want to share with you some of my results, chassis information, images and I hope other information from the INTERNATIONAL SPORTSCAR RACING.
